Redroad Outreach currently operates under the 501(c)3 umbrella of Women's Non-Profit Alliance which serves as a gateway to independent tax-exempt non-profit status.

Board of Directors

Sandy Riffe worked in the business industry for 26 years before retiring. For 18 years, she was the Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of a private trust company. She is the a former president of The Dallas Chapter of Executive Women International and Fellowship of Professional Women. Sandy has served as Chairman of the Board for Women's Non-Profit Alliance for the past six years.

Tina Robertson, LCSW, serves as the Director of Clinical Training at Momentous Institute. She has worked in the mental heath field for two decades in direct practice, community outreach, and organizational leadership roles. Her passion to facilitate change and areas of focus include homelessness, poverty, and child abuse prevention. Tina is interested in effective treatments for complex trauma and the mental health of abused children, adolescents, and adults. 

Terri Burnett offers over 25 years of experience in the marketplace and women's ministry. A former leader of an advertising sales team for a major cable company, she transitioned to serve on church ministry staff, and founded three non-profit organizations: Women's Non-Profit Alliance, ProvenWay Ministries, and Project EnterChange.

Trish Perdue has served in women's ministry for over 20 years. She is the former Director of Women's Ministry and Leadership Development at RockPointe Church in Flower Mound, TX. Since retiring, her passion lies in coaching women in entrepreneur and corporate settings. Trish currently serves as an adviser on the board of Peritus Partners Inc.

Mary Martin is the founder of Lift Communications, a marketing firm for non-profits, and the Marketing & Media Manager for Unite Life, a digital platform that connects seekers with churches around the world. Mary graduated from Southeastern University with a degree in Journalism & Public Relations.  

Cynthia Nunn has over 40 experience in non-profit management and administration. Her areas of employment include youth development, infants/children with HIV?AIDS, and management support for non-profits.
