"Wendy Redroad is our go-to girl on the topic of forgiveness. She shares a powerful journey intertwining healing and forgiveness for women who've suffered all manner of abuse. She is relatable, compassionate, and biblically sound in her approach as she takes women by the hand and gently walks them through their own journey to healing and freedom."

News!

I'm working on a non-fiction project called Bohemian Forgiveness: 5 Unconventional Paths to Forgiving What You'll Never Forget.

I have a literary agent. And submissions to publishing houses are underway. Meanwhile, a graphic designer is creating a collateral design to offer you a peak inside the manuscript.

Jesus and Doors

Jesus says, "Knock, and the door will be opened." (Matthew 7: 7a)

As my 50th birthday draws near I must say, Jesus has made a believing believer out of me. When I knock, Jesus is 100% willing to open the door 100% of the time with opportunities to yield my desires to Him as he smooths out the jagged edges of personal agenda. Aka: my ego.

Will I enter? Will I respond to His invitation to grow and evolve--sometimes painfully until my desires are shaped by the compassion of the cross? Or will I turn away and chalk my request up to an unanswered prayer when the truth is no prayer really ever goes unanswered.

What if some answers can only be seen and heard after we've left our personal agendas at the door. (When we let go of what we want to see and hear for the sole purpose of getting what we think we want.) What if we took the time to commune with the One who answers. Period.

I encourage you today, knock. When Jesus opens the door. Open your heart. He thinks quite a lot of you. Most assuredly, you will receive.

You are not alone,

Wendy
